We should stay in the RGGI because lowering CO2 emissions and investing in our communities is important. We need to discourage dependence on fossil fuels and transition to clean energy. The U.S. should be working on innovation rather than relying on dirty energy, and energy companies need to do their part. If that means we need to tell them to limit their emissions because they won't do it on their own, then that's what we have to do to protect our health and the planet.
