If Virginia leaves RGGI, we'll not be aligning with the business opportunities of the future, not to mention the hit we will take on tourism. It would be short-sighted and fiscally irresponsible, in addition to taking the state toward a less green future. Let's not try to resurrect business practices that won't come back, no matter how hard we want to live in our "glorified" past. Do better, yall.
