Leave this despicable program. Do not allow our residents to be pawns and at the whim of other states. Any agreement made with other states should not have a cost or any other negative effect on our residents. This does the opposite. Delegating our lives away from the control of our elected legislature is not only unconsciable, it's unconstitutional.
