Withdrawing from the RGGI is a HORRIBLE idea, and is a betrayal of the future for our children.  How can a state that can already see the impact of global warming on its coastline walk away from its responsibility to ameliorate carbon emissions??II  That's insane... or insanely callous about the future of the Commonwealth.
