Keep Virginia in RGGI.  Facts are not political. Science is not political. Those who wish to ignore both are. Like other science deniers, Youngkin believes he can repeal science and facts. HE CAN'T. RGGI works like it's supposed to, so why repeal it? BIG CORPORATE DONORS WOULD LIKE IT REPEALED. Youngkin doesn't care about the health and welfare of Virginians.  He does care about big corporate donors for his political future.
