PLEASE do not withdraw from RGGI. EVERYONE benefits from cleaner air, not just those that have asthma, COPD, heart failure. Our children deserve to not have dirty air strikes against them as they grow and mature. Remember-being the example goes further than “because I say so” mind sets.
