I am writing to ask that we please please keep Virginia in the RRGI Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.  There is absolutely no question that human caused climate change is here and having a severe negative impact on our planet and especially Virginia.  The impacts of climate change include severe flooding, increased wildfires, and increased hospitalizations in areas with urban heat island effects that disproportionally impact people of color and those in formerly redlined and marginalized communities. It's hard sometimes to think long-term but it's the right thing to do for the people of Virginia!
