The RGGI region has reduced power sector emissions significantly more than any other region through intentional consideration. It saves power customers money and grows industry while focusing on reduced CO2. Removing Virginia from the RGGI without a STRONGER eco-energy policy in place would decrease public health, reduce jobs and be a detriment to society.
