Virginians want to breathe clean air, and provide a clean and stable environment for ourselves, our children, our grandchildren and great grandchildren.  It's short sighted to try to wriggle out of regulation now when it will just come back to bite us and our descendants pretty badly in the form of floods, droughts, severe storms, hurricanes and other economically catastrophic weather events.  Whether we like it or not, our actions affect the entire world, and we rely on food from many farms located in areas much more severely impacted by climate change than Virginia. Please think of the future. Stay in the RGGI.
