Remain in RGGI to keep Virginia air clean

As a resident of Virginia, I wanted to voice my concern on this issue. Clean air is vitally important and I believe we should remain in the RGGI. Emission of CO2 and other harmful pollutants like nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, and particulate matter emissions need to be regulated because big energy corporations will not protect us without regulatory requirements in place. Instead, we should be looking at how we can incentive greater use of sustainable, low-cost sources of energy.
