I support staying in! 

Improving air quality is a win for everyone.  This agreement encourages corporations to do their part to move away from fossil fuels to alternative energy sources.  We are blessed in western VA with hydroelectric power sources and plenty of wind to move the sails of windmill farms.  Expanding these alternative energy sources creates high-paying jobs.  

The Governor is misguided at best and craven at worst for this "I want to be President" move.
