I am against this tax/initiative.   It is merely another tax that does no good.  It is useless to handicap and penalize the Commonwealth/USA when the world's biggest polluters (China/India other developing nations) are still increasing emissions.  We need to do everything we can to lower the cost of energy and make out country and state more competitive on the world stage.
