First, no one person should be allowed to overturn any law. It is tyrannical and demonstrates a complete lack of foresight and the absence of sensitivity to the democratic process. Secondly, in this case, it is science denialism and would be yet another gift to the Fossil Fuel industry. It is placing profit over the health of our citizens every bit as unethical and insensitive as the gun lobby and self-serving politicians putting profit over lives, especially the lives of school children.
