Carbon has never been proven to be a greenhouse gas but is instead a way to shift blame from industry to the consumer. The best proven method to reduce pollution is by lifting the bottom 10% out of poverty so that instead of living hand to mouth without the ability to even think of pollution they can then make change. There are so many worse pollutants than CO2, CO2 is a distraction and the planet knows how to deal with it and it does so with vegetation. Does anyone really think government can solve this?
