Climate change caused by human activity, in the long-term, is the biggest challenge facing our state, country, and planet. Virtually all scientists agree that climate change is a real threat, and it is not too late to reverse it. Being part of RGGI (Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative) makes Virginia a part of the solution and not a part of the problem. It is critical that Virginia remain in RGGI.
