The voters of the Commonwealth of VA  support us staying in the RGGI. The false narrative that fighting human-caused climate change is too expensive purposefully ignores the horrific financial cost of not doing enough. We pay through recovery from floods, droughts, hurricanes, and having to harden our coastal cities from sea level rise. And we haven't had to deal with climate refugees yet.
