As a resident of the Hampton Roads area I find it irresponsible for the Commonwealth to even consider withdrawal from RGGI. This area will be devastated by sea level rise and require vast amounts of money for mitigation if greenhouse gases aren't reduced quickly and aggressively. This represents nothing beyond pandering by Governor Youngkin to the fossil fuel industry and an attempt to position himself for a Presidential run. Don't sacrifice the future of Virginia for Glenn Youngkin's political aspirations!
