Stay in RGGI

We need to stay in the RGGI, we have to do something positive to save the planet for our grandchildren and their children. We've known for greater than a half century that coal/gas/oil are finite fuels. Instead we've used more and more invasive and polluting methods to extract fuels. We failed to adjust our behavior in the 70's and the problems still exist today because of that. Virginia should be doing more to preserve the planet. We should encourage, if not mandate, solar panels on all new construction. Give substantial credits and funding to add solar to existing buildings especially homes. The idea of a small nuclear reactor is technology that's years, if not decades, in the offing. And we are using parts of Virginia for nuclear waste storage now. We need to get real with how to handle the problems we already have without adding to them.  Finally, Virginia doesn't exist in a bubble, we need to take seriously the part we play in the preservation and responsibility regarding the planet.
