Withdraw from RGGI

Virginia needs to withdraw from this program. The batteries used to power electric vehicles are more deadly to our planet than the current use of gas. Lithium and other resources used to create these batteries are dangerous to mine, so dangerous that it isn’t allowed in the United States. The batteries are not recyclable or compostable. I believe they will do so much more damage to our world than the current options. Natural gas vehicles need to be explored and other alternatives.
I would also like to know who is going to update my electrical system at my home to have the ability to charge a vehicle, what is the month cost of charging a vehicle? I am a single woman who cannot and does not want an electric vehicle for so many reasons.
Please stop just going with what certain people are pushing and research.
