The clock is ticking.  Cut emissions, GOD gave man the world.  Man should be good stewards of the world.  Virginia as a costal state should be aware of global warming, the sea rising loss of VA land.  

I am personally not from a costal state and to me VA, being the cesspool it is, should be on the ocean bottom and destroyed by hurricanes
