The most important thing that we do in our lifetimes is to leave a better world for the future.

Virginia made a huge step in joining RGGI and it is now law.  We cannot go back to a time when the air was dirtier, and utilities continue to use fuel that emits CO2.

The government must follow the law and work to improve the environment.
