Please do not end Virginia's participation in RGGI. It has proven to reduce emissions from power plants, thus improving health conditions for Virginia residents. It is in the best interests of Virginians to keep our air and waterways as healthy as possible, and RGGI is a way to do this. Withdrawal fron RGGI would set back the progress already made.
