Actually take Virginia out of this environmental issue so I and all the others who care about the quality of life in Virginia can vote you OUT. More carbon in the air means more carbon in the water. More toxic particular matter in the air, more in the water. More acidic rain due to CO2 and other fossil fuel elements in rainwater. Your causing our future generations to suffer due to your egotistical ways. Be sensible and wise like the other mid Atlantic states. Why are we breaking our backs cleaning up the Chesapeake Bay of trash and litter when state says it's okay to put fossil fuel gases into the waters of the Bay. This is all about selfish republican anti Environment agenda. Stop the pollution now!
