Climate changes is a fact, not a theory. We only do our part individually and collectively. If we can curtail emissions from power plants we should do that. None of us alive today will be around to see the results of our actions today, but we owe it to those of us to come in the future to do the right thing. The right thing is not to pull out of RGGI. That is short-sided and simply a politically motivated gimmick to stimulate votes and fundraising. Just do the right thing. If you really want to pull out of RGGI, put it to a vote in the state legislature.
