RGGI is exactly the type of program we need to fight climate change and transition to green energy - a combination of government regulation and market-based program.  We are already seeing the effects of climate change on extreme weather and need to be doing more, not less to reduce our emissions.  Leaving RGGI would be short-sighted and foolish, and harm Virginians in the future.
