As a resident of Virginia I am providing a comment for Virginia to REMAIN in the RGGI. Ensuring that our regional partners work together to lower greenhouse gas emissions, is just good common sense. Please let the Commonwealth lead the way towards a more sustainable approach to development or risk Virginians being left behind.
