To solve a problem you must first identify what the problem is.  We have been fed a non stop gloom and doom picture of impending disaster.  The climate predictions made by experts have been grossly wrong and misleading.  The RGGI is nothing more than a tax grab.  If the green coalition was serious they would use their money to do research to solve the problems that they believe exist.  Interesting note,  the earth's magnetic field is 90% of what it was 100 years ago.  Our magnetic field keeps the sun from baking us.  Co-relation or coincidence?
