What a bad idea to be considering withdrawal from a multi-state agreement to reduce carbon emissions. This would be a drastic step backward for climate policy for Virginia and our neighboring states. We can not keep kicking this can down the road. We have to have policies NOW to prevent climate-related destruction NOW and for generations to come. RGGI is the law. Don't change it.
