It is vitally important that Virginia not leave the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.

Such a move would be legally suspect. But more importantly, it would be unwise. Virginia should be doing all it possibly can to speed the transition away from Fossil Fuels and to prepare for climatic disruptions. RGGI is a modest program that helps us take small steps toward both.

Please do not leave RGGI.
