The Tidewater area is directly impacted by climate change. As a resident of Norfolk, I’ve been impacted by the flooding during heavy rains and tides.  To remove Virginia from the RGGI is so very wrong.  The future of Virginia and the country are being threatened by climate change. It is imperative that we do everything we can to change this.
