Please do not withdraw from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.  
We are way past the point of understanding there has to be incurred costs NOW in order to try and slow the devastating climate change that’s happening.  If we don’t “invest” in those changes now we will only experience more devastating storms and aftermaths such as the flooding incurred in 2022 in the western area of our great commonwealth.  
It is time to think about our future and the future of young Virginias and Americans who will be strangled with the responsibility of the ongoing climate decline due to the carelessness of generations and corporations before them.
