I am adamantly opposed to the repeal of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative! RGGI is a cost effective, sustainable, and equitable way to reduce greenhouse gas pollution and positively impact climate change. Virginia is a beautiful state with rich natural resources, don't squander it for quick profits in fossil fuels.  For once it would be nice to see our elected officials be more concerned for Virginia's future instead of benefiting the few now. Please don't repeal RGGI.
