Obviously the RGGI is not required to reduce greenhouse emissions but it is a great way to hold ourselves accountable and is already proven to work.  Some things aren't political, they just are, and you're screwing us all over with your stupid tribalism by attempting to ruin everything just because the "other side" favors it.  Ultimately were all on the same side, whether you want to believe it or not, and clinging to anti-science beliefs based on internet randoes in spite of all of the evidence to the contrary isn't helping anyone except the politicians getting richer trading in the lies.
