I am adamantly opposed to the repeal of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative! RGGI is a cost effective, sustainable, and equitable way to reduce greenhouse gas pollution and positively impact climate change. Virginia is a beautiful state with rich natural resources, don't squander it.
