Please remain in the RGGI program for the sake of clean energy and our future.

Gov. Youngkin claims to be pro-business. Businesses want stable, predictable regulations. Attempting to change the regulations illegally is not stable. The ensuing litigation will not be stable.

If you want to lower energy bill, just claw back some of the billions of dollars in unauthorized profit that Dominion made, that regulators have been banned from taking back in the form of lower rates. That should be an alternative to which this proposal is compared.
