First, the clean water act is gutted and now we have a very slimy Trump wannabe in Youngkin. He lied about CRT and has been pushing for theocratic conversion for the commonwealth. He wants to end participation in beneficial activities because he believes climate change is a lie. Youngkin has never actually wanted anything more than political power and will do it at the expense of the citizenry of Virginia. Reduction of emissions is beneficial and converting to natural/clean energies is one of the major ways to accomplish this. As this is an executive order superseding the signed law, the very complaint from conservatives of governing by EO is what he is openly doing. It is becoming more apparent that these conservative individuals in positions of power care little about the future and only about maintaining power. Stay in the agreement or enact a LAW that ends our participation. Do it legally.
