Regulating to reduce greenhouse gas not only reduces climate change, it also leads to greater use of renewable energy and implementation of technology and techniques that reduce other pollutants. Losing this is only a political goal by the governor to differentiate himself from democrats and create a talking point for future campaigns and we will all pay for it.
