Glenn, you’re never going to be president. Virginia will never vote for you again. You barely won yet act as if you won by 10%+ (like Tim Kaine did in his last senate run). You still have time to utilize common sense and moderate your policies. RGGI has nothing but benefits for the people of Virginia. Keep us in it.
