Governor Youngkin is correct, we should not continue with RGGI. It makes no sense especially when countries like Russia, China, India, and others don’t make any attempts to curb their use of carbon / fossil fuels. We continue to buy fuel sources from other dictatorship countries which use children for labor and cost the United States more money. We should be suppling our country with are own fuel source at far less costs.
