RGGI is an opportunity for VA to have access to funds to help assist low income residents!  This is a shame that we just started participating and now all funds on hold and we are fighting to keep them. 
As the owner of a women owned hvac business, who partners with weatherizers and help low income communities with upgrading their heat pumps to ultimately save money and have better energy efficiency, I can say I see the direct impact of these funds, as well as been able to grow my own business and help employ more energy efficiency jobs in VA. 

I hope and pray RGGI stays in place and allowed to help the residents and businesses of Virginia.
