We MUST remain in the RGGI.  To pull out is about as idiotic as can be.  I lived through times when it wasn't safe to go outside and breathe the air in VA.  We cleaned it up and damn it we need to keep it that way and continue to improve.  Whether you have the sense to recognize climate change or not, what was as recently as the 1980s and what is now is undeniable.
