Please reconsider the stance that the board has taken on adoption by gay and lesbian families.  Organizations that place children should not be allowed to discriminate based up sexual orientation.  If an organization must discriminate as a matter of concience, then they should not be involved in adoption placements.  The sole factor in a placement decision should be the welfare of the child.  Thank you!
