One in four children who are raised in the foster care system exhibit post traumatic stress disorder.  That's a higher rate than the vets of the Iraqi/Afghan War.  Though folks can argue over whether or not it is the ideal for every child to have a mother and a father, having NO parents is a distructive environment for any child.  Children need a stable home first and foremost.  LGBT people ABSOLUTELY SHOULD be allowed to adopt!
