Not in favor of this amendment. I could see if this was a 6-month training, but 40 hours and you want to reduce it to 32. That extra 8 hours could save some one's life or keep them from going to the hospital. All it takes is to hook up a backflow wrong and you're pumping feces into people drinking water. Keep backflow the same for every body's safety.
