Please educate yourself about the pet store industry. Standards of care of the animals being sold should be the same as a shelter's. An extension of that industry, puppy mills, need to regulated and inspected closely as they are the source that supplies pet stores. Proper animal care should apply to all levels of the pet industry. It's the humane thing to do.
