Continue Virtual visits

Please continue virtual visits.  In person visits require a lot of unproductive time to drive to each client, and even more wasted time when unforeseen events prevent a scheduled visit from occurring (e.g. sickness, traffic problems etc).  It is not just a time cost - but there is a big cost in gas traveling to each client.   These costs mean each facilitator must handle fewer clients - and  since these added costs are not covered by the state (there is a set amount per visit regardless of location) many clients -  particularly in rural areas - may find that there is no facilitator willing to spend the time and gas to drive to their location.  Without visits they will not be able to continue to benefit from the paid living assistance they currently have.
