It appears that stronger protections are needed for Pet Stores that COMMERCIALIZE the  finding of homes for a variety of animals .  We ALL KNOW that this encourages BREEDING which is terribly damaging when so many animals are put down due to over-population .  “DON’T BREED OR BUY WHILE HOMELESS ANIMALS DIE”
