I support the regulations adopted by the State Board of Social Services on April 20th regarding the licensing of adoption agencies.  It is fundamental to the right of religious freedom that faith-based agencies be allowed to set their requirements in line with the practice of that faith. These agencies do a remarkable job and provide a needed service to the community.  The requlations do not limit other agencies with different requirements.
