I strongly oppose Virginia mandating vaccines for children who are not in schools. Parents must retain the authority for making health decisions for their children. Any mandatory vaccine must include a waiver process for parents to “opt out”. 

Under no circumstances should any COVID vaccine be included on the list of mandatory vaccines.
