Vaccine mandates benefit industry, not kids, and it’s time to end them

The COVID jabs have just made a phenomenon that’s been building for years more apparent - when vaccines cause harm, industry and government look the other way and pretend like nothing happened.  I do believe vaccine mandates were well-intentioned when originally put into place, but it’s no longer possible to use the community protection argument for the mandate list that just keeps on growing.  We are now discovering that, far from stopping the virus dead in its tracks, the COVID vaccine does little to protect against transmission.  We also know that highly vaccinated communities can still get measles, mumps, and whooping cough outbreaks, and the polio outbreak in New York is a vaccine-strain virus that vaccinated people can still spread. Add to that the liability-free (since 1986)  nature of childhood schedule vaccines and the subsequent explosive growth of the childhood schedule (and Virginia just agreed to add everything ACIP recommends just before COVID vaccines hit the market - who orchestrated that legislation? A movement of parents? I don’t think so.), and there is now a perverse incentive to add vaccines to the mandate list (I’m guessing there’s a reason why the nickname for the HPV jab was “Help Pay for Vioxx.”)  If our government cannot act on the alarming myocarditis safety signal that is coming from the COVID shots - particularly on our young boys - then the government no longer has any business in mandating medical interventions that can potentially harm our kids.  Where there is risk there must be choice.
